Mark J. Langweiler, DC, DAAPM is a board certified doctor of chiropractic with over 25 years of clinical experience. He has practiced in four countries, the USA, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The last 18 years of Dr. Langweiler’s professional life has been dedicated to integrating the wide array of clinical complementary therapies with more traditional medicine. From 2000-2008 he was the Director of Integrative Medicine at Atlantic Haematology Oncology Group, Galloway, NJ, USA. He was the staff chiropractor for the chronic pain management team at Bacharach Hospital for Rehabilitation, Pomona, NJ, USA. Since 2008 Dr. Langweiler has been Senior Lecturer in anatomy at the University of South Wales. Dr. Langweiler is a member of the Neuromusculoskeletal faculty of the College of Medicine. Additionally, he is a member of both the British Medical Acupuncture Society and the International Society for the Study of Traditional Asian Medicine. His co-edited publication Methodologies for Effectively Assessing Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Research Tools and Techniques is forthcoming in 2015 from Jessica Kingsley Publications. In addition to his clinical and educational work, he is a 25+ years practitioner of Wu style tai chi chuan and a senior student and disciple of Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu. He has been certified to teach by the Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation. In 2004 Dr. Langweiler was the team physician for the Canadian Wushu team at the 1st Traditional Wushu competition held in Zhangahou.
